pricing and shipping
Prices shown by each painting in the portfolios include shipping and handling anywhere in the continental USA. Price for shipping and handling outside US can be determined by contacting the Artist prior to purchase.
Shipping within the US will be by UPS Ground. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

I wish to work with my customers to ensure their satisfaction when they purchase my work. I will consider return of any painting that does not work for my customers as long as the articles are not damaged due to accident or negligence while in their possession. Should a return be requested, the following applies:
Returns may be requested via e-mail within 15 days of actual receipt. All returns must be authorized in writing by me prior to a return being made. A return authorization and instructions will be communicated via e-mail. Authorized returns must be:

shipped at the buyer's expense with the purchase of insurance to cover cost of article(s) returned,

shipped within 10 days of receiving a written return authorization (or a 20% restocking fee will be applied). But in no event will a return be accepted after 30 days of the issuance of a return authorization.
Refunds will be issued after the articles are received undamaged thru PayPal.
